When an old hermit in a tiny village in Ireland wins the lottery and promptly dies of a heart attack, the stage is set for comedy. A very unique brand of comedy, to be precise. This 1998 movie is one of a kind in its concept, as the entire town conspires to collect the dead man’s winnings. Small town scandals and secrets will be revealed along the way to cashing in, affording the audience a singular treat in this hilarious little film.
